Job Description:
Candidate must possess skills necessary to facilitate commercial real estate transactions.
- Develop and maintain successful working relationships with principals and institutional clients
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including writing text, preparing graphs, coordinating photographs/maps, integrating the financial analyses, summarizing market, tenant and property information
- Prepare financial analysis models of real estate investments
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of complex commercial real estate transactions
Skills the ideal candidate will have:
- Goal oriented, self starter with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing and meeting deadlines
- Candidate must possess excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Argus or similar real estate analysis software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance or related field preferred
- Commercial real estate or sales experience working with high net worth clients preferred
