Arthur Nachman, CCIM joined Calkain Realty Advisors as Business Development Manager in February 2008. Arthur formerly served as an Assistant Branch Manager and Associate Broker for the Commercial Division of Long & Foster, Inc. In 2003, 2005 and 2007, he was the Top Commercial Sales Associate for Virginia and West Virginia at Long & Foster, Inc.
His commercial real estate experience in acquisitions, dispositions, Landlord and Tenant representation, build-to-suit, and land development covers the gamut of real estate and encompasses aspects of construction and property management.
He currently holds active licenses in Virginia, Maryland, District of Columbia and North Carolina
