Professional Experience
Tom Geller joined Calkain Realty Advisors as Business Development Director - Southeast. He provides regional representation and consulting services for clients looking to acquire and divest of net leased assets throughout the Southeast markets.
Tom has been a resident of the Tampa area since 1975 which is when he relocated from the Northeast.
The most recent past role for Tom was serving as a consultant for a Tampa, FL – based commercial real estate firm, where he focused on retail and office leasing and sales. He specialized in uncovering value added properties for his principal clients.
Additionally, Tom owned and managed two successful retail and restaurant ventures that instilled the necessary knowledge in understanding the importance of assessing and evaluating real estate for successful business operations.
Tom graduated from the University of Tampa, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and English.
