Tampa, FL - Calkain Companies is pleased to welcome Stephen Counts as an Associate in the Tampa office. Stephen is the third generation of a family of Florida real-estate brokers and developers and brings years of experience in commercial real estate in Central and North Florida.
Prior to joining Calkain Companies, Stephen was in the Tampa office of Colliers International Valuation and Advisory Services and was instrumental in the valuation of more than $470 million in commercial properties, including many triple net leased investments, within his first year. Stephen is a native of Florida and a graduate from Florida State University, with a double major in Real Estate and Business Administration. In addition, Stephen is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Tampa real estate community.
